Do you provide parking?
Parking is not included in your reservation, but some of our buildings do offer on-site parking. The costs and availability vary by building. To see if the unit you’ve rented or are interested in renting has parking, please call 800-491-2525 Ext. 2.
Do you provide linens & towels? Do I need to bring anything?
Upon arrival the unit will be fully outfitted with the basic items such as linens on each bed, an extra set for the sofa bed, as well as hand towels, kitchen towels, and 2 bath towels per person. We also provide enough detergent for one load of laundry, so you may wash and re-use towels as needed. If your location has a beach or spa, we recommend bringing your own beach towels, or you may purchase them from us for $15 per towel (you keep the towel afterward). Is there air conditioning?
All our units have air conditioning.
Is there daily housekeeping?
Housekeeping is not included with your reservation, but you may add this service to your stay. Please call 800-491-2525 Ext 1, to inquire about daily housekeeping costs as they vary by building.
Is there Cable/Internet in your properties?
We do provide cable TV and Internet for all our units. From time to time, just like home, we may experience outages in service, which is beyond our control. Rest assured, when this happens our staff works diligently with the local company to fix the issue as quickly as possible and will keep you updated on the progress.
Is this location suitable for my family?

Is the kitchen and bathroom also fully equipped?
We provide 3 rolls of toilet paper and 1 oz of soap/shampoo per bathroom, much like you would find in a hotel. YouRent also stocks their kitchens completely with plates, drink ware, utensils, cooking needs like pots and pans, and more.
Can I pay in advance for my reservation?
To hold a reservation, a deposit of 30% of your total stay is required when you book. We request the remaining balance 30 days prior to your arrival. However, if you decide to pay in full more than 90 days prior to your arrival, we will discount your total stay by 5%.
Can I pay with multiple credit or debit cards?
We do allow you to pay with multiple cards. There is a $25 service charge for using multiple cards and some paperwork that needs to be completed, but our office staff can assist you with the process. Call 800-491-2525 to learn more.
Do you take American Express?
We do accept American Express. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and bank wire transfers.
Is the cleaning fee optional?
YouRent contracts professional housekeeping services to ensure that everything is perfect for all guests upon arrival. This is how we’re able to promise the same consistent, high standard of quality and cleanliness for every YouRent guest, every time, in every destination. For this reason, we cannot waive this fee.
Do you have any discounts available?
We do offer some discounts. Discounts may apply to off-season reservations, advance payment in full, military affiliation, etc. Give us a call at 800-491-2525 to see if your reservation qualifies for a discount.
Do you offer a military/government discount?
In effort to extend our appreciation to our country’s brave service men and women, we offer a 10% discount upon verification. The individual paying for the reservation must be the one to submit for the discount.
When do I need to pay to reserve my place?
Due to the high demand of our properties, payment is required to reserve the unit. We require 30% of the total cost at the time of booking and the remaining balance 30 days prior to your arrival. Call us at 800-491-2525 to see if you qualify for a paid-in-full discount.
Can I request a higher or lower floor?
You can request a certain unit or floor. We process these requests in the order they are received so we cannot guarantee the request will be approved, but we will do our best to make it happen.
Do you allow bachelor/bachelorette parties?
At YouRent, we like to have fun just like anyone else and we appreciate everyone’s business. Our units are in residential buildings which are often also home to long-term tenants. We don’t mind if the nature of your stay is vacation or business, but each property has very strict quiet hours as well as rules that must be followed in the common areas. Please understand these rules also apply to YouRent guests during your stay. We appreciate you being courteous of your neighbors.
What is the cancellation policy?
YouRent has a no cancellation policy. Due to the high demand of our properties, the moment you pay the unit is secured and taken off the market. Deposits and payments are non-refundable. If you are concerned about recovering costs for unforeseen circumstances, we recommend purchasing travel insurance through one of our Reservation Experts at 800-491-2525.
Do you allow early check-in/late check-out?
We do when available. It depends on several factors and must be requested the day of arrival or the day of check-out. The pricing is the same for checking-in as it is for checking-out. Please call 800-491-2525 to put in your special request.

How do I get the keys?
YouRent uses cutting-edge technology in all of its units and all units are either in secured buildings or electronically locked. We will email you the check-in instructions 5 days prior to your arrival, but whenever possible we make it keyless so you don’t have to worry about losing keys or being with your group to access your room.
What do I need to do before check-out?
We ask that you simply place all your linens in a pile and take out the trash. Also, if there is a key, please return it to the place where you received it originally. Besides those items, you’re free to leave and let us take care of the rest.
What if I’m arriving later than 3pm?
That’s not a problem, we just ask that you coordinate your arrival with our resident manager. If you are arriving outside of normal business hours (10am-6pm) you will need to schedule your check-in to avoid any delays in the process. If you have questions, please call 800-491-2525 Ext 1.
What if the property is locked upon our arrival?
Please call us at 800-491-2525 and follow the prompts. We have resident managers and maintenance staff available 24/7 to help get you checked in immediately.
Do you provide pack-n-play cribs?
YouRent does provide these, upon request. They are $50 per stay. Call 800-491-2525 Ext 1 to reserve.
What if we have an emergency during our stay?
If there is a life-threatening emergency, always call 9-1-1 first. For non-life-threatening emergencies, please call 800-491-2525 Ext 3 – this is our emergency guest line and someone will assist you as quickly as possible.
Can I bring my pet?
YouRent loves your furry friends as much as you do. Certain buildings require different deposits and have breed restrictions, but generally we are able to accept most pets. You will need to contact us in advance if you are bringing your pet at 800-491-2525 Ext 1.
Can I rent this for someone else like my significant other and her friends or my kids?
Our rules require that at least one of the occupants staying in the unit be over the age of 21. If no one is in the unit is over age 21, the entire party may be removed without a refund or alternate accommodations. The reservation name and contact for the unit must be made by someone over the age of 21 – and may be contacted to return to the unit if there are any problems or concerns.
How old do I need to be in order to stay with YouRent?
Our guests must be 21 years or older to reserve a property, or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times. There are no exceptions to this rule.
Is smoking/vaping allowed in or around your properties?
Smoking and vaping of any kind is prohibited on the rented premises, including roofs and outdoor common areas. Heavy fines will apply according to the rental contract.
Why do I need to provide you with my ID?
We require proof of ID for security purposes and in order to prevent credit card fraud.
